Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data i2v.us (the "Provider", "we") collects when you use the i2v.us website and the i2v.us apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It supplements the Terms of Use, which also apply.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data. Your email address, used to create and sign in to your account. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier and email (or private relay email) Apple shares with us; we never receive your Apple password.
• Your content. Projects, scripts, prompts, images, video, and audio you create in or upload to the Service. This content is stored so it can sync between your devices and the web viewer.
• Usage and diagnostics. Basic product analytics (pages and features used, device and browser type) and error reports, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Payment data. If you purchase a paid plan on the web, payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple.

2. How We Use Data

• Providing the Service: authentication, project sync, media storage and playback.
• Generating the AI outputs you request (see section 4).
• Billing, fraud prevention, and enforcing our fair-use limits.
• Improving reliability and fixing bugs.
• Sending transactional emails such as sign-in codes and service notices.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Your Content Is Not Used for AI Training

We do not use your content — scripts, images, video, prompts, narration, or metadata — to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve our own or third parties' AI models. Your content is not reviewed by humans unless required for security or fraud prevention.

4. Service Providers (Processors)

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, storage of projects and media, and content delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases on Apple platforms.
• AI generation providers — when you request an AI image, video, or voice generation, the relevant prompt and reference media are sent to the generation provider solely to produce your output, and are not used by us for training.

5. Retention and Deletion

Your account data and content are kept while your account is active. Deleting a project removes its stored media. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@i2v.us from your account address; we complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law — including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request a copy of your data. Contact support@i2v.us; we respond within the statutory period.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted, and your media is stored under identifiers scoped to your account. No method of storage is 100% secure; notify us immediately at support@i2v.us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children and requires users to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes are announced by email or in-app notification before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
